August 31, 2001 :: 6 p.m.
Mild ones at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Went to see "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back" -- got a CH from the movie as usually happens during a cycle. At least it waited until the movie was over before getting too bad.

Zomig last night. Fell asleep.
Bad one at 4 a.m.
Extra spacey this morning.
Mild one at 9 p.m.
Mild one at 6 p.m.
We started a little chart in the book with times on the vertical scale and days on the horizontal scale, to better keep track and see patterns in the cycle.
Took a Unisom sleeping pill about 11:30 p.m. in hopes of getting a few hours of early sleep. Woke with pain increasing. Used Thumper 10 minutes or so. Unable to communicate much, possibly due to Unisom. Pain seemed to level off at a manageable level. Fell asleep sitting on floor, though probably still in pain. No pacing. Hard head rubbing, 10 minutes Thumper.
No CH in the night, but still had lingering one from last night when he woke up this morning.
Got a bad one at work (6 p.m. - 7 p.m. or so), about a "6" on the scale. Very busy day too; lots of overtime this week. NOT a convenient time to be getting daytime clusters!! Never went away entirely.
Mild-medium one on way home from work (7:00-ish).
Lasted a while, at least an hour. Never got too awful.
Mild one at work yesterday, around 4:30 p.m.
Slightly worse one at 6:00 this morning.
No headache last night that he remembers. Got one about noon yesterday, though, while we were at the movies. Got kind of bad (this was Sunday 8/12).
Today he got one at 7 p.m. while working overtime at O&W, got pretty bad.
No Unisom sleep gel.
Bed at 2:30 a.m. CH came at 6 a.m. Lasted for 30 minutes but didn't wake me up for it.
Stayed awake after it was over. Not TOO bad.
Took a Unisom.
Seemed like it was going to get bad, 2:45 a.m. Thumper for a short while, then fell asleep sitting up. I guess it didn't get that bad.
Took a Unisom.
Got up in the night with one that seemed really mild. Did not wake me up.
First intense one in a long, long time. (No, had a mildly intense one last Wednesday, August 1, around dinnertime)
He said this was probably a "7" on the scale of 1-10, but it's been so long he's not sure. Pacing, thumper. Ramped down after 10-15 minutes of thumper. I really was hoping last Wednesday's was a fluke. Guess not. Here we go again. I've forgotten how to mentally prepare for a cycle.
He's had the same constant mild headache since about last September, so there's been no break between cycles.
Also he had bad heartburn today and yesterday. PLEASE, BRING ON MORE PAIN! Just can't get enough.
